结合实践经验 ,阐述了原子吸收光谱分析中试剂配制、样品处理、仪器条件选择等方面的影响因素、操作技术要领 ,提出了排除测试干扰的方法 ,有利于原子吸收分析。

Combined with practice experience some influencing factors and operation technology in atomic absorption spectrum analysis are elaborated such as in reagent preparation, sample treatment and instrumental condition. At the same time the methods eliminating test interference are proposed to bring benefit for atomic absorption spectrum analysis.
