摘要
就现阶段造价工程师的地位和作用进行了阐述 ,提出了造价工程师应具备的工作能力 ;能够完成各种方案经济比较、能独立完成可行性研究及预估算管理 ,进而在建设领域中真正体现造价师的地位和作用。
At present, the status and action of cost engineer is clarified. The basic work abilities that everyone cost engineer should have are put forwards. Concretely these abilities consist of being able to finish economy comparison of all kind of plans, being able to independently accomplish feasibility research and budget management.
