从索赔观念、索赔管理制度、合同条款、索赔资料、索赔环境等方面论述了搞好施工索赔工作的途径 ,并着重介绍了收集索赔资料应注意的三项工作 ,以最终达到索赔的目标。

How to do well construction claim work is discussed from many aspects such as claim concept, claim management system, terms of the contract, claim information, claim environment and so on. And some items work that should be paid much attention in collecting claim information are mainly introduced to reach the aim of claim.
