摘要
结合空气污染现状、特征及对重点工业污染源调查 ,分析了改善城市环境空气质量的综合性硬措施和相应的软措施 ,指出二者同步实施 ,才是解决城市环境空气污染的根本出路。
Combined with current situation, characteristics and main key of air pollution and resources investigation of industry pollution, comprehensive hard measures and corresponding soft measures to improve air quality of city environment are analyzed. And the paper emphasizes that only simultaneously executing hard and soft measures is basic outlet of solving city environment air pollution.
