膜片的变形与应力分析

AN ANALYSIS OF THE STRESS AND DEFORMATION OF DIAPHRAGM

分析圆柱形和圆环形外波纹锯齿形内波纹膜片受均布负荷和集中负荷,对设计力平衡式传感器很有现实意义。本文利用薄壳理论,分析当锯齿形内波纹数目较少时,这种膜片的变形与应力,得到便于工程实用的解答。又由本文所导出的变形与负荷的关系式,可得出设计力平衡式组件所必需的有效面积公式。

In this paper, according to thin shell theory, the stress and deformation of the diaphragm are discussed for the purpose of designing the diaphragm when the number of inner sawtooth waves is less than four. According to the relations between the load and the deformation of the diaphragm derived in this paper, the effective area of the diaphragm is obtained which is useful for designing the force-balanced elementsin instruments.
