摘要
GS-401树脂耐热性好,热失重小,碳化率高,是一种高性能烧蚀材料。我们用热重、差热和红外光谱法研究了GS-401烧蚀有机硅树脂的热降解反应。试验结果说明,这种树脂的热降解反应分为若干阶段进行,各个阶段的表观活化能和反应级数各不相同。在整个热降解过程中,甲基比苯基稳定。
With an excellent thermal stability, low weight loss and high char yield, The GS-401 resin is a high performance ablative material.The thermodegradation of GS-401 ablative silicone resin was studied with TG, DTA and IR. Test results have shown that several stages exist in thermodegradation process and the apparent, activation energies and the orders of reactions of separate degradation stages are different from each other, and that C_6H_5—Si(?)is easier to cleave than CH_3—Si(?) throughout the thermodegration process.
