THE EVALUATION CRITERION ON THE TYPE TEST OF EXPENSIVE WEAPONS

本文探讨的问题是:在样本大小已知、且不很大的条件下,如何确定检验产品是否满足某项战术技术指标要求的评定标准。按风险极小化原则,计算可容许的评定标准,并对其灵敏度给以计算分析。文中,对其他一些评定方法加以评论、分析和比较,并举例计算。

The problem to be discussed in this paper is, under the condition of known but not very big sample size, how to determine the evaluation criterion required to make sure if a test item meets certain tactical and technical requirements. The permissible evaluation criterion will be calculated according to the risk-minimization principle. The sensitivity of the criterion will also be taken into analysis by calculation. Other evaluation criterion will be commented, calculated, analysed and compaired. All the calculations are to be made with examples.
