高加速度遥测系统的研究

摘要 本文介绍的高加速度无线电遥测系统在承受20,000 Gal以上直线加速度及23,000 rpm^(-1)以上高速旋转的恶劣环境条件下可以稳定可靠地工作。它可用于火箭、炮弹的弹道参数及其内部部件工作参数的测量,也可以用于其他高速离心工作状态下的各种设备及器件的测量。文章详述了高强度的遥测发射机及高频塑封技术、采用厚膜集成技术的高频率稳定度的副载频振荡器、飞行校准器等部件,还介绍了快速捕捉信号的自动调谐接收机、过渡过程极短的解调器,最后,给出了此系统实际应用及实验实例。 The telemetry system presented can work with satisfactory stability and reliability under unfavourable conditions of over 20, 000 g high acceleration and 23, 000 rpm roll rate. Ballistic parameters of the rockets and projectiles and working parameters of their inner components can be measured with the system, which can also be used to measure the parameters of other rolling instruments and devices under high centrifugal conditions. Subassemblies such as high-strength telemetric transmitter with high frequency plastic packing, thick film integrated subcarrier oscillator with high frequency stability, in-flight calibrator, automatic tuning receiver with fast signal capture and demodulator with extremely short transient state are described. Practical applications and experimental examples are also discussed.
