摘要
本文采用高选择性固定液涂渍的玻璃毛细管色谱柱分离DNT,TNT异构体。为了寻找选择性高的气相色谱固定液,首先用填充柱涂以典型的固定液,测定DNT,TNT相邻两峰之间的相对保留值(α),从而找到好的固定液。然后把此固定液涂在玻璃毛细管柱上,进行研究。试验结果说明:OV-225毛细管色谱柱适于分离DNT的6个异构体,OV-25毛细管色谱柱适于分离TNT的6个异构体。两者均可达到基线分离而时间又不长。
This paper discusses the rapid and baseline separation of six isomers of dinitro- and trinitrotolucne by using capillary columns.To find the better liquid phases with high selectivity the shorter conventional columns packed with some typical stationary phases were used to determine the relative retention(α) of the adjacent peaks of isomers. Then the glass capillary columns were prepared and studied.It was found that the OV-225 capillary column is suitable for baseline separation of all the isomers of dinitrotoluene and the OV-25 capillary column is suitable for trinitrotoluene.
