摘要
本文用Fid.方法给出了二项,指数单元可靠性的Fid.pdf(信赖概率密度函数),正态单元的单边、双边、结构可靠性的Fid.pdf,并推导了二项与指数单元混合组成的串联系统的可靠性Fid.精确下限。最后指出,对离散失效数据情况,系统可靠性的Fid.下限总极端保守,并指出它的保守性的根源。
The Fid. pdf of the reliability for binomial unit, exponential unit and the Fid. pdf of single side, double side, structure reliability for normal units is given in this paper. The Fid. exact lower limits of the reliability for mixed binomial and exponential series system is derived. This paper points out the Fid. lower limits of the reliability for series system are considerably conservative for discontinuous failure data, and the source of the conservation is described.
