摘要
本文选取轴对称力学模型,应用ASKA程序的子结构功能,联合计算了脱壳穿甲弹弹体与弹托在发射时的应力及变形。在弹体与弹托接触面的耦合节点上,对径向自由度和轴向自由度分别按实际情况进行处理,从而改进了有关文献的计算方法并得到了合理的计算结果。文中不但给出了弹托和弹体的变形图和等应力线的分布,而且给出了弹体和弹托之间相互作用载荷的分布曲线。
A combined calculation for the body and the sabot of an Armour Piercing Fin-Stabilised Discarding Sabot(APFSDS)is discussed here by choosing the axisymmetric model and applying the substructure characteristic of the ASKA program; deformations and stresses in the APFSDS during the launching process are calculated. The radial and axial degrees of freedom of the coupled nodals of body and sabot are treated respectively, thus the computational methods described in the literature are improved and more reasonable computational results are obtained, Not only are the deformation figures and the lines of equal stress for the body and the sabot obtained, but also the distribution curve of loading between the body and the sabot, as given in this paper.
