摘要
本文采用“原理试验装药”,研究可燃药筒、粒状发射药、可燃传火管药包式装药对压力波形成和强度的影响。原理装药的射击试验,在30高压滑膛发射装置中完成。这些结果不仅表明压力波形成的原理,而且还提供了一些降低压力波的典型装药结构。本文指出:压力波的形成和强度主要取决于发射装药的起始燃烧瞬间、中心传火管系统的性能、发射药低压燃速和发射药装药结构之间的匹配。本文的试验研究结果提供了一些改善发射装药起始燃烧过程稳定性的重要信息。
In this paper, some 'postulatory test charges' are used to investigate the influence of either combustible-case, centercore ignition system or granular propellant bagged charges on the formation and magnitude of pressure waves. The firing tests of 'postulatory test charges' were conducted in a 30mm bore high pressure propelling device. These experimental resuits will not only demonstrate the principle of formation of the pressure wave, but also provide some representative configurations of the propelling charge giving reduced pressure waves. In the conclusion it is shown that the formation and magnitude of pressure waves are determined by the match among the properties of centercore ignition system, propellant buring rate at low pressure and propellant charge configurations in the initial instant of propelling charge burning process.This experimental investigation can provide some significant information that will improve the stability of combustion of propelling charge in its initial stages.
