摘要
为了提高地面无人车辆设备的完好率和作业成功率、延长使用寿命、降低维修难度和成本,在地面无人车辆设计中应用故障预测与健康管理系统是有效的方法。针对当前地面无人车辆整体状况,提出地面无人车辆故障预测与健康管理系统的概念,规划其体系架构,并探索其方案设计,为后续的研究提供技术思路和工程方法,有望改善目前的诊断维修维护现状。
In order to improve the equipment perfectness rate and task success rate of unmanned ground vehicle,prolong its service life and reduce its maintenancedifficulty and cost,the application of fault prediction and health management( PHM) system in the design of unmanned ground vehicle is proved to be an effective method. According to the current overall condition of unmanned ground vehicle,the PHM concept ofunmanned ground vehicle is proposed,its system architecture is planned,and itsdesignscheme is explored. All the work provides the technical approaches and engineering methods for the following research and is expected to effectively improve the present situation of diagnosis and maintenance.
