摘要
为了研究爆炸载荷作用下夹层玻璃(LG)的裂纹扩展规律,利用裂纹扩展的方法对结构在爆炸载荷下的动态响应进行了数值仿真。LG采用JH-2模型,并施加最大主应力失效准则。仿真结果表明:保持爆炸距离不变,随着TNT当量的增加,径向裂纹数量逐渐增多,并以辐射状由中心向边界扩展。TNT当量较小(小于等于35 g)时环向裂纹不明显,只在中心处有少量产生;保持TNT当量不变,随着距离的增加,LG的裂纹数量逐渐减少,其中以径向裂纹为主,环向裂纹主要集中在玻璃的中心处;爆炸距离20 cm、TNT当量为15 g时,结构的裂纹只有径向裂纹;TNT当量为30 g时,结构开始产生环向裂纹;TNT当量为45 g时,结构的径向和环向裂纹数量明显增加。
The dynamic response of laminated glass( LG) subjected to blast load is simulated to study the propagation law of cracks in LG. The JH-2 material model is applied to LG with maximum principal stress failure criterion. The results show that the radial cracks increase and extend from the center to the edges with the increase in TNT equivalent mass when the explosion distance remains unchanged. The circular cracks,which happen only in the center with a small amount,are not obvious when the mass of TNT is not more than 35 g. When the mass of TNT remains unchanged,the number of cracks decreases with the increase in explosion distance. At this time,the radial cracks are dominant and the circular cracks mainly happen in the center. When the explosion distance is 20 cm and the mass of TNT is 15 g,only the radial cracks happens. the circular cracks begin to appear on the condition of 30 g TNT,and the numbers of radial and circular cracks obviously increase on the condition of 45 g TNT.
