摘要
本文利用LS-DYNA3D数值仿真软件,研究了球缺形药型罩杆式射流的形成和对冻土介质的侵彻;分析了杆式射流对冻土介质的侵彻过程;模拟了不同炸高下紫铜和铝合金2种材料药型罩形成的杆式射流侵彻冻土的状况。数值模拟结果与试验结果对比表明:本文所采用的计算方法、材料模型及相关参数是合理的,验证了数值模拟的正确性,对进一步优化杆式射流的设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
The rod penetrator with spherical segment charge liner and its penetration into frozen ground are researched by using LS-DYNA3 D. The process of its penetration into frozen ground is analyzed. The situations of that the rod penetrators with copper and aluminum liners penetrate into frozen ground at different heights of burst are simulated. The simulated data is compared with the experimental data. The result shows that the proposed calculation method,material model and related parameters are reasonable.The correctness of the numerical simulation is verified. It is helpful to further optimize the design of rod penetrator.
