摘要 本文采用LS-DYNA对不同设计方案的某轮式装甲车地雷防护组件进行了有限元仿真计算。从能量吸收、车底板背凸变形和加速度大小3个方面对计算结果进行了分析,筛选出的最优结构方案,并进行了试验验证,仿真模拟结果和试验吻合良好,表明仿真手段指导装甲车辆底部防护结构设计的可行性。 This paper used the software LS-DYNA to carry out the finite element simulation analysis of different design schemes for mine-protection components of an armored wheeled vehicle. By analyzing the results of energy absorption,deformation of the vehicle floor and acceleration,the optimal structure scheme is obtained and then proved by experiment,with both results coinciding each other,which indicates the feasibility of simulation method to supervise structure design of armor vehicle bottom protection.
