摘要
运用数值仿真和模型试验验证相结合的方法,研究了多箱室结构在内部爆炸载荷作用下的损伤特性。在内爆作用下,箱体呈现出大挠曲变形、板中心冲切破口、箱体角隅处破坏、板边缘撕裂以及板近似直剪破坏等5种破坏模式。在箱室内爆模型试验中观测到的破坏模式与数值模拟的破坏模式吻合较好。根据量纲分析理论,提出了一个适用于内爆响应分析的无量纲数,并将无量纲数应用于内爆破坏模式的分析中,结合大量工况的数值模拟结果,得到了破坏模式的分布图和快速预测经验公式。
The damage characteristics and failure mechanism of a multi-chamber structure under internal blast loads are analyzed through numerical simulation and model experiment. Five different damage modes,such as large flexural deformation,lacerated breach in the center of plate,damage at the corner of cabin,tearing along the edges and direct shear failure,are observed in the internal blast experiments.The concluded failure modes are observed from the experimental results which show good agreement with the simulation results. Based on the theory of dimensional analysis,a dimensionless response number is proposed for internal blast analysis. The dimensionless number is applied to the prediction study of failure modes together with large amount of numerical result data. At last,the distribution of failure modes is obtained,and an empirical formula for rapid prediction of failure mode is proposed.
