摘要
水润滑橡胶轴承作为舰船推进轴系艉部支承形式已得到广泛应用。目前国内外对橡胶轴承静态和冲击刚度特性的掌握仍不充分。从橡胶材料本构模型出发,从理论上研究了橡胶轴承的静态载荷-变形关系和冲击载荷作用下轴承恢复力-变形的关系。利用材料伺服加载试验机和跌落式冲击台对橡胶轴承进行了轴承静态和冲击试验,获得了轴承的静态和冲击刚度特性。将实验结果与理论分析结果进行了对比,两者具有较好的一致性。
Water-lubricated rubber bearings have been widely applied for the propulsion shaft. But the static and impact stiffness characteristics of rubber bearing have not been fully grasped. Based on the rubber material constitutive model,the static load-deformation and the shock load-deformation relationship of the rubber bearing are studied. Static and impact tests on the rubber bearing are also carried out by using the material testing machine and the drop type shock machine. The stiffness characteristics of bearing are achieved. The experimental results are compared with the theoretical analysis results,which have good consistency.
