摘要
针对簧片式触点开关的非线性特性,在接触模态分析的基础上,分别对3种不同脉宽、多种幅值的正负三角波加速度冲击载荷下的触头接触特性和簧片应力特性进行了研究。研究结果表明:触头的冲击特性呈现明显的冲击区和自由振动区,低脉宽的冲击信号会诱发剧烈的接触颤振,同等加速度幅值的高脉宽冲击信号引起的簧片应力较大。该研究对触点开关的抗冲击设计具有一定的参考意义。
For the nonlinear characteristics of reed contact switch,the contact modes of the model is analyzed. The positive and negative triangle shock loads with three different pulse widths and multiple amplitudes are applied to the model respectively. The contact characteristics of the contacts and the stress characteristics of the reed are studies. The results show that the shock properties of contacts show significant impact area and free vibration area. The low pulse width shock signal can induce violent contact chatter,and the high pulse width shock signal induce larger reed stress with respect to the same acceleration amplitude.
