火炮身管倍数对炮口扰动的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究火炮身管倍数对射击精度的影响,建立了转管火炮的刚柔耦合动力学模型。在同一口径和射频条件下,进行了8种身管倍数的连发射击仿真试验,对纵向和横向炮口扰动进行了分析。仿真结果显示:炮口扰动呈周期性变化。当身管倍数较小时,扰动周期与射击周期基本一致。随着身管倍数增大,扰动振幅和周期逐渐增大。当身管倍数较小时,纵向扰动远大于横向扰动,随着身管倍数增大,横向和纵向扰动的振幅趋近。 A flexible multi-body dynamics model for a Gatling gun system is established to study the influence of the length-diameter ratio of the gun barrel on firing accuracy. Under the same caliber and firing rate,the numerical experiments of automatic firing are carried out with 8 kinds of length-diameter ratio of the barrel. Numerical results show that the muzzle disturbance period is close to and gradually bigger than the firing period with the increase in length-diameter ratio of barrel. And the longitudinal disturbance is considerably larger than the horizontal disturbance when the length-diameter ratio of the barrel is relatively small. But with the increase in length-diameter ratio of barrel,the disturbances in the longitudinal and horizontal directions tend to the same value.
