摘要 为快速妥善处置随机发现的爆炸物恐怖威胁,研究一种由高强高弹复合材料和混合液组成的复合柔性结构。对复合柔性结构的防爆效果提出基于5级人员伤害/防护等级的防爆判据和等效靶试验方法。建立复合柔性结构抗爆作用的等效试验平台,进行抗爆减爆效应对比试验,得到了人员防护等级与等效靶挠度之间的对应关系。获得的人员一级/二级防护等级下的抗爆判据可用于防爆装备设计与开发。 A composite flexible structure composed of high strength and high elastic composite material and mixed liquor is studied for the quick and proper disposal of explosives. An explosion proof criteria and the equivalent target test methods are proposed,which are based on 5 levels of personnel injury/protection grade. An equivalent test platform of composite flexible structure is established. The contrast tests of explosion in the air and anti-explosion attenuation effect are carried out. The corresponding relationship between the level of protection and the maximum deflection of the equivalent target is obtained. The equivalent target criteria of the first level and second level of personnel protection under anti-explosion could be used to guide the design and development of explosion-proof equipment.
