摘要 CL-20炸药能量较高,其爆轰性能是倍受关注的核心问题之一,获得CL-20炸药爆轰产物的状态方程参数可以进一步研究CL-20炸药的做功能力和能量释放规律。设计了有约束炸药驱动金属平板实验装置,用激光位移干涉仪测量了C-1炸药(CL-20/Binder/96/4)驱动下金属平板的运动速度。对炸药驱动金属平板实验进行数值模拟计算,标定了C-1炸药爆轰产物JWL状态方程参数。通过炸药标准圆筒实验及炸药与窗口界面粒子速度实验验证了方程参数的准确性。设计的有约束炸药驱动金属平板实验为标定高能炸药的爆轰产物状态方程参数提供了新方法。 CL-20 explosive has high energy,and its detonation performance has received special attention. The equation of state for detonation products of CL-20 explosive is very useful for further study of its capacity to do work and energy release law. A constrained explosive-driven metal plate experiment is designed. In the experiment,a laser displacement interferometer is used to measure the moving speed of metal plate which is driven by C-1 explosives(CL-20/binder/96/4). The parameters of in JWL equation of state for C-1 explosive are determined by the numerical simulation of explosive-driven metal plate experiment. The accuracy of parameters is verified by the cylindrical test and the particle velocity on interface between explosive and window. The results show that the constrained explosive-driven metal plate experiment can be a new method to calibrate the equation of state parameters of high explosive detonation product.
