摘要
为研究低侵彻陶瓷枪弹在机舱中的侵切性能,进行了低侵彻陶瓷枪弹对飞机舱壁、飞机舷窗和明胶靶的侵彻试验研究。建立低侵彻陶瓷枪弹侵彻靶板的力学模型,对低侵彻陶瓷枪弹弹头破碎进行了理论分析。通过低侵彻陶瓷枪弹侵彻铝靶的数值模拟验证弹头破碎理论分析的正确性。研究结果表明,低侵彻陶瓷枪弹侵彻结束后,弹头全部破碎,未穿透飞机舱壁和舷窗,对明胶靶的侵彻深度为210~260 mm,满足低侵彻陶瓷枪弹在机舱中的使用要求。陶瓷壳体最大应力始终在所受载荷边缘区域,是侵彻过程中陶瓷壳体最容易破坏的区域。
The experiments on bullets penetrating into the bulkhead and port of aircraft and a gelatin target were performed to study the penetration performance of bullets in aircraft cabin. The similar model of non-penetrating ceramic bullets penetrating target is built to lay the theoretical analysis of the fragment of bullet in experiment. Data based on experiment that non-penetrating ceramic bullet penetrating into aluminum target shows that the theoretical analysis of the fragment of bullet is valid. The experimental results show that the bullet completely fragments but does not penetrate through the bulkhead and port after penetration,that the penetrating depth of bullet into gelatin is 210 ~ 260 mm,which meets the operating demand of non-penetrating ceramic bullet in aircraft cabin,and that the maximum stress of penetrating load is at the edge of ceramic shell,which part is the most likely to be damaged in the process of penetrating.
