摘要
将弹头采用增韧陶瓷(TC)材料的30 mm制式弹的侵切性能与制式弹的进行对比,从陶瓷材料微观结构分析TC弹头的材料特性。采用侵彻深度试验方法,结合冲击动力学理论和陶瓷材料特性,研究了两种不同结构弹丸对陶瓷/A3钢复合靶的穿甲效应,重点分析弹头结构、材料特性对陶瓷/A3钢复合靶的穿甲效应的影响。对在相同条件下制式弹和TC复合弹对陶瓷/A3钢复合靶的侵彻孔径、深度和侵彻后弹芯剩余质量进行了对比分析。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行模拟仿真,模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合。结合仿真结果,从弹芯剩余质量上对弹丸的侵彻能力进一步分析。分析结果表明,TC弹头对弹芯保护的效果明显。
The armor-piercing performance of 30 mm projectile with a toughened ceramic( TC) warhead against ceramic/A3 steel composite targets is experimentally researched using DOP method by comparing to the standard projectile. The effects of different warhead structures and materials on armor-piercing performance against the ceramic/A3 steel composite targets are analyzed based on the impact dynamics theory. The aperture and the depth of perforation as well as the residual mass of bullet core on the armor plates under same condition are analyzed. A simulation model is established and computed by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The simulated results mainly meet the test results. Combined with the simulated results,the penetration performance is further analyzed in terms of the residual mass of bullet core. The results show that the TC warhead has a great effect on the protection of bullet core.
