摘要
介绍了基于家庭网络的数字化网络售后服务系统的意义 ,并论述了其实现的途径。提出了数字化网络售后服务系统的原型以及相关的关键技术 ,为设备制造企业提供了一种服务思路。
The digital network system for after service is introduced, and a schene of its realization is discussed. The prototype of the digital network system for after service and the relevant key technology are presented. A way to service for manufacture factories is provided.
