摘要 用溶胶 -凝胶法制备了光滑的 (Ba0 .95Ca0 .0 5) (Sn0 .0 5Ti0 .95)O3(以下称BCST)薄膜。研究了热处理的升温速率和处理温度对薄膜形貌的影响。SEM测试结果表明快速升温和低温 (刚高出成晶温度 )有利于获得好质量的BCST薄膜。 Smooth (Ba\-\{0.95\}Ca\-\{0.05\})(Sn\-\{0.05\}Ti\-\{0.95\})O\-3(hereafter called BCST) film has been prepared by sol_gel process for the first time. The effects of heating rates and treating temperature on its morphology have been studied. The SEM investigation shows that rapid heating rate and low temperature, which is just above completion of crystallization, is in advantage of obtaining good quality BCST thin film.
