An Analysis about 126 Cases of Pregnancy Epilepsies

通过我院收治子痫患者126例分析,了解本地区子痫患者的发病因素。方法:回顾性分析1981-2000年子痫病例126例,并将1981-1990年分为一组,1991-2000年分为第二组,对两阶段子痫病例作一统计。结果:后10年发病率比前10年有明显下降。结论:孕妇合理营养,加强产前检查,可以降低子痫的发病率。

Objective: To understand the occurring factors of local pregnancy epilepsies by analysing 126 cases in our Hospital. Method: Review and analyse 126 cases of preg-nancy epilepsies from 1981 to 2000, divide them into two groups, one is from 1981 to 1990, the other is from 1991 to 2000, and collect statistics of the two groups. Result : The occurring ratio of the second group is clearly lower than that of the first one. Conclusion: The occurring ratio can be reduced by offering rational nutrition and stregthening the examinations before deliver.
