The Object-oriented Typesetting and Identifying on Stamp

摘要 提出了一个面向对象的印章图文排版及印鉴图像识别系统的设计方案 。 This article presents a object\|oriented typesetting system of stamp graphics and text and a design project of stamp image recognition system ,and then introduces the performance of elliptic arc\|typesetting algorithm and image\|matching algorithm.
