摘要
文章利用自组装方法,将耐尔蓝共价键合固定于自组装膜电极表面,并研究了其电化学及电催化性质. 耐尔蓝在自组装膜电极表面形成稳定的单分子层,在电极表面呈现准可逆的氧化还原性质,并能有效地电催化氧化烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NADH)和电催化还原辣根过氧化物酶(HRP). 其良好的氧化还原性质和电催化特性,可为构造生物传感器提供稳定的媒介层.
A method for preparation of a monolayer of Nile Blue (NB) covalently immobilized on self-assembled thiol-monolayer modified gold electrodes (SAM/Au) is described. The resultant NB-SAM/Au is characteristic of stable and reversible oxidation and reduction,which shows electrocatalytic activity toward both NADH oxidation and horse-radish peroxidase (HRP) reduction, suggesting that it can be used as a mediator in biosensor design.
