摘要
文章用运动生理学、运动生物力学和运动心理学的观点和方法,探讨了跳远起跳动作与屏气紧身和聚气发力的本能应激活动机理. 在教学过程中,根据起跳动作技术发力的形式和特点,恰当地结合聚气发力的应激活动机理,指导学生进行训练,以达到加快教学进程和提高教学与训练质量的目的.
Form the perspectives of biology, psychology and physiology, reaction of the human body of performing the long jump is analysed . In teaching practice,according to the taking off technique characteristics of the long jump to combine properly reaction of the human body to instructe student training can improve efficiency of physical teaching.
