给出了网上报刊系统的总体设计 ,用户可以网上邮局进行报刊的查询、订阅、支付等业务操作 ,同时兼顾传统业务 ,使系统可以从传统业务平缓过渡到网络方式。

In this paper we build a general design of newspaper and periodicals system by web post. Subscri-ber could search?subscribe and pay by internet. At the same time traditional subscriptions are considered for the slow transition from traditional business to web.
