测试条件对牙本质粘接强度的影响

EFFECTS OF TEST CONDITIONS ON TENSILE BOND STRENGTH TO DENTIN

作者考察了四种测试条件对牙本质粘接强度的影响,包括牙的新鲜程度、牙的重复使用次数、粘接部位以及拉伸负载速度。采用GP牙本质粘接材料,结果表明:粘接部位和拉伸负载速度与粘接强度没有明显的关系,牙的新鲜程度和重复使用次数与粘接强度有很大关系。牙拔出后贮存过久、使用次数越多,粘接强度超低,作粘接试件的牙的贮存期不应超过1月,且牙只能使用一次。

The purpose of the paper was to inves-tigate the effects of four test conditions ontensile bond strength to dentin, which in-cluded: (1)the area of tooth bonded, (2)tensile speed, (3) the fresh degree of tooth,(4) the times of tooth used. For GP dentinbonding agent, the results indicated: 1. There was no obvious effect of thebonded area on the bond strength. Bothocclusal face and buccal face could beadopted. 2. There was no evident effect of thetensile speed on the bond strength. Anytensile speed could be chosen within someextent. 3. The bond strength greatly dependedon the fresh degree of tooth. The longerthe period of tooth stored after extractionwas, the lower the bond strength was.Tooth used should be within 1 month afterextraction. 4. There was obvious relationship betweenthe bond strength and the times of toothused. The more the tooth was repeatedlyused, the lower the bond strength was.Tooth might only be used once.
