This paper is intended to provide a detail presentation of the project that a real-time monitoring and control system for a water injection process has been established in one offshore platform with application of Allen-Bradley SLC500 type PLC and RSView32 software. It also discusses the structure, and designing procedure and the technological functions of the whole system .
