数字温度传感器AD7418可将所感应温度转换为0.25C量化间隔的数字信号,测温范围为-55C^+125C,分辨率为0.25C,精度为2C。可与单片机接口,通过I2C接口与协议对AD7418的内部寄存器进行读/写操作。文中介绍了AD7418的基本特性、引脚功能、内部结构和应用电路。
This paper introduces the digital temperature sensor AD7418 and its basic characteristics, pins function, inter-structure, and application circuit. AD7418 can transform the temperature signal to digital signal with interval of 0.25C temperature measuring rang of -55C^+125C, resolution of 0.25C, precision of 2C. This type of sensor can access to singlechip which can read/write the internal register of AD7415 by I2C interface and protocol
