对铬作业工人银染核仁形成区、姊妹染色单体互换及微核的研究 被引量:1

摘要 作者对31名从事铬酸盐生产的工人及31名健康人的外周血淋巴细胞银染核仁形成区(Ag-NOR)、姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)及微核率进行了研究。结果:连续工龄在8年以上者,Ag-NOR、银染近端着丝粒染色体的联合频率(Ag-AA)及SCE与对照组间有高度显著性差异(P<0.01);微核率,各工龄组与对照组间均有高度显著性差异(P<0.001)。表明长期接触铬酸盐工作者,其遗传物质可能遭受到一定程度的损伤。 Ag-NOR, SCE and micronucleus test ofperipheral blood lymphocyte obtained from31 chromate producers had been studied.We found that(1) in the workers who hadbeen exposed over eight years, the fre-quency of Ag-NOR, Ag-AA and SCE were6.905±1.100, 0.380±0.652 and 8.190±3.727,but in the control group, 6.512±1.595, 0.215±0.529 and 7.171±2.683, respectively. Sothere was considerably significant differencebetween the exposed and the unexposed (P<0.01); (2) the frequency of micronucleiwas 3.71±1.419% in the exposed group;however, in the control group it was 0.333±0.479%. So there was also remarkablysignificant difference between them (P<0.001). The observations lead the authorsto conclude that the genetic material of theworkers who have been working over eightyears may be damaged because of being ex-posed to chromate.
