摘要
随着土地卫片执法工作的要求越来越严格,本文以深圳市为例,探讨深圳市基于空间信息技术在土地卫片执法工作中的应用情况,以及土地卫片成果扩展应用于规划土地监察共同责任考核工作中。实践情况表明,该应用在创新执法工作方式、提高工作效率的同时,有效地控制了城市的违法用地违法建设现象,对其他城市开展土地执法监察工作具有借鉴意义。
This paper takes the Shenzhen city as a case,discussion on the application of spatial information technology used in the land-law enforcement inspection and assessing the shared responsibility in Land-law Enforcement.The application in the innovation of law enforcement work,improve the work efficiency,and effectively control the illegal land use illegal construction of the city.This method can be valuable to other urban in china to carry out the land-law enforcement inspection work.
