摘要
在分析城市地下管线信息化建设现状的基础上,提出管线生命全周期管理理念,将地下管线前期的报建、规划、审批和后期的档案管理、巡检、监控、动态管理等功能与传统管线信息化建设内容融合在一起,进行管线信息化管理整体设计,并经城市的地下管线信息化建设实践试验,取得了较好的效果。
Based on analyzing current situation of urban underground pipeline information construction,this paper proposed the pipeline lifecycle management.It integrated the traditional information technology with the pipeline management process,which including the report,planning,approval and file management,inspection,monitoring,dynamic management,etc.After that,this paper put forward the overall pipeline information management design,simultaneously,it has been practiced in some cities,good results have been achieved.
