摘要
竖井井筒病害巡检是矿井安全监测的重要内容,高精度的病害面积提取为评估病害等级、研究病害发育等提供了有力的数据支撑。利用竖井井筒病害巡检系统对井壁原始影像进行拼接配准,可以得到带有空间坐标位置的粗精度井壁拼接图像。在此基础上,对这些影像利用竖井井壁罐梁分布特征取特征点并结合Givens变换求解纠正多项式进行分块空间纠正,得到高精度配准图像,最后通过计算机图形区域生长算法,提取病害图形得出高精度的病害面积数据,满足了实际应用的需要。
Vertical Shaft disease inspection is an important part of mine safety monitoring and accurate disease area extraction provides a powerful data support for assessing disease levels,disease research and development.Vertical Shaft Measuring Diseases System splices and locates the borehole original image,to obtain a crude wall mosaic image with spatial precision coordinate position.We use the crown shaft wall beam distribution to take the feature point and Givens transformation solving polynomial correct and block space correct to get the precious image registration.At last,we get highly accurate disease area data by region growing algorithm,which meets the needs of practical applications.
