摘要
《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》正式印发,其中提出,新建住宅要推广街区制,原则上不再建设封闭住宅小区。对于已建成的住宅小区和单位大院也要逐步打开,实现内部道路公共化。本文针对德州市院落调研数据进行分析研究,论证了对院落的改造采用小规模渐进式的方式以推广街区制实现道路交通的微循环是必要的。
Several opinions of the central committee of the communist party of China,the state council on further strengthening the construction management of urban planning is formally printed,which suggested that new housing to promote block system,in principle,no longer enclosed residential district construction.The completed residential area and unit compound will gradually open,implement internal public road.In Dezhou yard,this paper researches and analyze the survey data.It is demonstrated that it is necessary to realize the road traffic microcirculation.With small incremental mode to the compound modification to promote block system
