摘要 以湖北三鑫金铜股份有限公司矿区沉降预警监测为应用示范,基于卫星导航和地理信息融合技术,在该区域内合理布设监测站网和建设数据中心。通过研发解算和沉降监测应用软件,在数据中心可以对基准站和监测站的卫星观测数据进行处理和分析,据此能够精确地得到监测点的空间绝对三维坐标。结果表明,该系统对沉降点的定位精度可达实时厘米级,事后毫米级,并能进行趋势分析、阈值预警等。该系统的实现为矿区管理者及时采取应急安全措施提供了决策支持。 The paper took Hubei Sanxin Gold Copper Co.,Ltd.as the application model for the mining area subsidence monitoring and early warning.Based on satellite navigation and geographic information fusion technology,the monitoring station network and data centers in the region were set up reasonally.Through research and development of calculation and subsidence monitoring application software,the satellite data which came from reference stations and monitoring stations could be processed and analysed in the data center.The absolute space three-dimensional coordinates of monitoring points could be obtained accurately.The results show that the real time positioning accuracy of the system for the subsidence points can reach centimeter level,and the afterwards positioning accuracy can reach millimeter level,and the system can carry on the trend analysis,threshold warning and so on.The realization of the system can provide decision support for managers in mining area who can take emergency measures in time.
