基于强化国家认同的档案信息资源开发探析

当今世界现代国家的国家认同在全球化、多元主义等浪潮的冲击下出现裂缝,种种因素改变着国民对于国家政治、文化、历史多方面的观念,造成国家认同危机。档案具有见证历史、传承记忆等作用,有效地开发档案信息资源能够强化国民的国家认同。论文针对强化国家认同对档案信息资源开发提出的三点要求,提出了以下三条实施路径:建设开发富有国家特色的档案资源,加强国民自豪感;严格遵循历史真相开发档案资源,形塑国民归属感;深入挖掘档案资源,建构文化共识,增强国民凝聚力。

The national identity of the modern world in today’s world has cracked under the impact of globalization and pluralism. Various factors have changed the people’s views on the country’s politics,culture and history, and caused a crisis of national identity. The archives have the functions of witnessing history and inheriting memory, and effectively developing archives information resources to serve the nationals can strengthen national identity. In order to strengthen national identity,thereare three requirements for the Exploitation of archives information resources, the following three implementation paths are proposed: building and developing archives resources with national characteristics to strengthening national pride;strictly following the historical truth to exploit archive resources and shaping the sense of national belonging;exploiting deep into archive resource and constructing cultural consensus to enhance national cohesion.
