X光图片智能识别云平台的关键技术研究

摘要 为了解决现有智能安检系统中数据管理困难与安装运维困难的问题,本文研究实现X光图片智能识别云平台,云平台关键技术包括基于云存储对X光安检图片进行存储,实现X光图片原始数据和训练数据的有效管理;基于容器技术建立深度学习模型管理的云平台,解耦环境依赖配置和模型开发,实现模型训练和测试的自动化;同时,基于容器技术实现智能识别机安装部署自动化,并基于不同版本的模型建立智能识别机镜像仓库,为智能识别机提供模型远程自动更新服务。 In order to solve the problems of data management and installation,operation and maintenance in the existing intelligent security inspection system,this paper studies and implements the cloud platform for X-ray image intelligent recognition.The key technologies of the cloud platform include storing X-ray security inspection pictures based on cloud storage,realizing the effective management of raw data and training data of X-ray pictures,and establishing a cloud platform for in-depth learning model management based on container technology.The decoupling environment relies on configuration and model development to realize the automation of model training and testing.At the same time,the installation and deployment automation of intelligent recognition machine is realized based on container technology,and the image warehouse of intelligent recognition machine is established based on different versions of model,which provides remote automatic updating service for intelligent recognition machine.
