本文介绍了以XtMg5—6合金做蠕化剂,用冲天炉高硫铁水制造蠕虫状石墨铸铁的研究结果。叙述了生产工艺及生产控制方法,研究了这种蠕铁的白口倾向性及衰退问题,并指出了这种蠕化剂存在的问题。

In this paper, the investigation of the test procedure of the production of compacted graphite cast iron with high-sulfur melted iron in the cupola has been introduced, treated by XtMg 5 - 6 alloy. The present paper has described the production technique and control method, resera-ch on chilling tendency and compacted effect failure of this Compacted graphit iron hao been andertaken, other existing proptemsof this compacted graphit iron has been poinded out also.
