装配式高层预应力钢框架-支撑体系性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了加快我国工业化装配式钢结构发展的进程,提出了一种实现节点刚性连接的装配式高层预应力钢框架-支撑体系,通过有限元软件ABAQUS分析,研究拉索的截面面积、初始预应力度以及柱子的轴压比等参数对高层预应力钢框架支撑性能的影响,对比分析不同参数下结构的承载能力和刚度退化规律,得到该结构体系的受力模式和拉索初始预应力的取值准则.结果表明:预应力支撑可以有效地改善结构的受力性能,与钢框架结构相比,整体抗侧刚度提高了210%,极限承载能力提高了54%;拉索的初始预应力度越大,越可以延缓结构抗侧刚度的初次退化;预应力支撑钢结构体系设计时,拉索初始预拉力的取值准则为,在设计的外荷载作用下,预应力拉索的拉力大于0. To accelerate the development of industrialized prefabricated steel structure,a prefabricated prestress-braced high-rise steel frame system was proposed in this paper. Based on the nonlinear finite element package ABAQUS,effects of cable area,cable initial prestress degree and axial compression ratio on lateral resistant performance of the structure system were studied. Analyzing the bearing capacity and stiffness degradation laws of the structure with different parameters,the structure bearing mode and rule of initial prestress of cables were obtained. Results show that prestressed brace can improve the lateral resistant performance of the structure; compared with steel structure,lateral stiffness increases210%,and ultimate bearing capacity increases 54%; cable initial prestress degree has great influence on first stiffness degradation; and the rule of initial prestress of cables is that the value of residual tension of cables is greater than zero under designed exterior loads.
