摘要
为减小尺寸效应影响,了解符合实际工程的钢筋再生混凝土柱压弯性能,进行了4根截面尺寸为600 mm×600 mm、不同再生粗骨料取代率、不同配箍率的钢筋混凝土方形截面柱大偏心受压重复荷载试验,研究了其受压破坏形态、承载力、侧向受弯刚度、钢筋及混凝土应变规律.结果表明:钢筋再生混凝土大偏心受压柱的破坏过程、破坏形态、侧向受弯刚度退化、钢筋和混凝土的应变与普通钢筋混凝土柱的区别不明显.参照现行《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010—2010)的相关计算公式,计算钢筋再生混凝土大偏心受压柱承载力,其计算结果与试验结果符合较好.
To reduce the size effect and investigate the bending performance of reinforced recycled concrete columns that conform to practical projects, the paper presents a repeated large eccentric load test on four reinforced concrete columns with a square section size of 600 mm í 600 mm, different recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratios, and different transverse bar ratios. The compression failure patterns, load-bearing capacity, lateral bending stiffness and the strain regularities of the steel bar and concrete were analyzed. Results show that the differences in failure processes, failure modes, degradation of lateral bending stiffness and strain of the steel bar and concrete between reinforced recycled concrete columns and reinforced normal concrete columns under large eccentric compression are not obvious. With reference to the related calculation formula of the current code for concrete design of structure GB50010-2010, the paper calculates the load-bearing capacity of recycled concrete columns under large eccentric compression, and the results agree well with the test results.
