摘要 为了研究矩形微槽道表面施加电场后对蒸发/沸腾换热特性的影响,以R141b为工质展开实验.实验结果表明:高压电场对微槽道结构的蒸发/沸腾换热有明显的强化作用,蒸发/沸腾换热系数随着电场强度的增加而增大,换热强化系数相比未施加电场的状况最大增加了0.7,在高热流密度时,换热强化系数的变化则趋于平缓. The influence of electric field on the evaporation / boiling heat transfer characteristics for an evaporator with rectangular micro-channels was experimentally investigated. R141b was used as the working fluid. The operating pressure was 1. 01 í 105 Pa. Experimental results show that electric field has an significant effect on the thermal performance of the evaporator. The heat transfer enhancement effects increase with the increase of the electric field. Under applied electric field intensity, the heat transfer efficient enhancement factor can reach as high as 0. 7. The change of heat transfer efficient enhancement factor is leveling off under higher heat flux.
