摘要
为研究贴有电子标签的货物在信息识别过程中由不同的方向进入射频识别通道机以提高货物识别效率,对多通道射频识别通道机内的天线系统、自动屏蔽门系统、输送系统进行性能试验研究.通过分析天线系统的识别角度和范围,设计自动屏蔽门系统的电机,布局光电开关,测试输送系统速率和选择电滚筒材料等,运用Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 9仿真软件对通道机各组成的结构及不同的工况进行仿真测试,仿真结果验证了多通道机在相同的工况下比单通道机性能优越.研究表明:本多通道信息识别机对多通道设计合理,各系统参数满足物联网工程应用中射频识别(RFID)信息识别的效率要求.
Radio frequency identification (RFID) channel machine is mainly used for identification with the information of goods with electronic label. The angle and range of the antenna system, the motor design and the photoelectric switch layout of the automatic door,rate testing and electric roller material choice of the conveying system were analyzed. With Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 9 software testing each composition of multi-channel information recognition machine, it was verified that the multi-channel machine was superior to single channel machine under the same conditions. Results show that this multi-channel design are reasonable,and all the systems meet the requirements of the internet of the things engineering.
