经济发达区域生态产业链构建探析——以张家港经济技术开发区为例 被引量:1

摘要 园区产业链的结构将决定整个园区工业生态系统的稳定性和可持续性,因此,研究产业链的结构对于促进生态工业园的健康发展具有重要的现实意义。文章以经济高度发达区域张家港经济技术开发区为研究对象,利用循环经济、生态工业学和产业链的相关理论和研究方法,在根据其产业发展定位和开发区现状研究的基础上,提出了张家港经济技术开发区的生态产业链总体结构,并以现代纺织服装业和现代装备制造业这两个主导产业为例对张家港经济技术开发区生态产业链进行了具体设计,从物质流、能量流、信息流等方面进行了补充完善,指明了其生态化改造的重点和方向,可为张家港经济技术开发区的建设提供科学决策的依据。文章所提出的产业链构建侧重于实际应用,所探索的生态产业链构建的具体实施路径也可为同类经济发达区域今后的产业链建设提供思路和方法。从而为经济发达地区生态产业链建设提供理论参考依据。 As the structure of the industrial chain of the park will determine the stability and sustainability of the industrial ecosystem,it is of great practical significance to study the structure of industrial chain for promoting the sound development of eco industrial park.The article takes Zhangjiagang economic and Technological Development Zone as the research object and is based on theories and research methods of recycling economy,eco industry and industrial chain,and the research of the development of the industry and the status of the Development Zone,proposing structure of ecological industry chain in ZETDA.Furthermore detailed eco-industrial Chains have been designed on two leading industries(modern textile and garment industry,modern equipment manufacturing industry),with supplement from material flow,energy flow,information flow and other aspects of the supplement.Emphasis and direction of the ecological transformation are pointed out,with providing a scientific decision-making reference for the construction of ZETDA.The specific implementation path of Eco-industrial Chain System focuses on practical application and it can provide ideas and methods for further research and construction on industry.
