绿色发展是指导我国"十三五"时期发展乃至更长远发展的科学发展理念和发展方式。绿色发展赋予林业新的使命。林业改革和发展当勇挑绿色发展的重任,通过加快林业投融资体制和森林资源管理体制改革,促进林业发展,为在新常态下消除贫困、促进国民经济发展、增强生态环境容量和资源承载力做出贡献。

Green development is a scientific development concept and approach that is guiding China's development during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,as well as longer term.This effort launches a new mission for forestry.Forestry reforms and development should bear responsibilities for green development through accelerating structural reforms on forestry financing and forest resources management systems.The result will contribute to poverty alleviation,national economic development,and improvements of ecological environment capacity and carrying capacity of resources in the 'new normal' era.
