摘要
绿色发展是我国破解经济社会发展过程中资源与环境双重约束的战略选择,也是我国林业现代化建设过程中的重要举措。改革开放以来,我国林业建设取得了巨大的成就。与此同时,局部与整体、数量与质量、历史与现实等矛盾也越来越突出。如何将绿色发展理念融入到林业中去,正确处理好林业建设与生态保护这两者的关系,将是促进我国林业转型升级,加快林业现代化建设的关键。
Green development is a strategic choice to crack the dual constraints of resources and environment in the process of economic and social development in China.It is also an important measure in the process of China's forestry modernization construction.Since the reform and opening-up policy,China's forestry construction has made enormous achievements.At the same time,the conflict between local and overall,quantity and quality,history and other practical grows more and more acutely.How to integrate the green development concept into forestry,correctly handle the relationship between forestry construction and ecological protection,will be the key to promote the transformation and upgrading of forestry,and realizing the development of forestry modernization in China.
